We perform analysis of raw milk using:

1. MilcoScan FT1 apparatus – instrumental method, parameters of milk tested: fat, protein, lactose, dry matter, fatless dry mass, freezing point, total acidity, density, free fatty acids, citric acid, urea;  
     
2. Cryoscope Model 4250 – marking the freezing point and percentage of adulteration of milk with water  
     
3. Charm ROSA MRL BL/TET tests- – determination of the presence of antibiotics and inhibitory substances (detection of beta-lactam and tetracycline)
