Milk powders

Milk powders are obtained by spray drying of an appropriate raw material. As a raw material to this process we use accordingly:

- highly pasteurized milk with a normalized fat content

- concentrated skimmed milk

- acidified milk

- pasteurized sweet whey.

Milk powders do not contain preservatives, chemical additives, unidentified substances and impurities. They are widely used in food industry.
